Colombia Supremo French Roast - $12.00/lb	Our darkest roast. A good French Roast has a smoky aroma, a heavy body and a reasonably low acidity.
Organic Ethiopia Sidamo - $12.50/lb	This African varietal is world-renowned for its primal coffee flavor: a medium body, a complex aroma, and a bright citrus sweetness that is accented by a winey finish.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe - $13.00/lb	This African varietal is a well balanced cup. A distinctly floral flavor with dark chocolate undertones. Lively acidity and a soft yet enduring body and finish. Distinct & elegant.
PNG Sigri - $12.00/lb	The Sigri Estate in Papua New Guinea is renowned for wresting an exceptional coffee out of the mountainous jungles of this island. A real treat, this coffee is pleasingly smooth with flavor accents of exotic spices and a full, well-rounded body.
Organic Peru "Penachi" - $13.00/lb	A wildly popular Shade Grown coffee, this flavorful, full-bodied organic has a richness to rival Kenya AA, but with its own unique Andean style. The aroma is enchanting, the flavor holds a pleasing woody character with a clean, calm finish, and the acidity is highly flattering to the cup. OCIA Certified NOP. SMBC Fair Trade.
Midnight Oil Blend - $12.50/lb	A delightfully deep and re-charging blend of Columbia coffee of varying roast.
Decaf Guatemala - $13.00/lb	Finding good decaf is hard - but we have done it. This flavorful offering has a good medium body, with slightly winey flavor overtones and a solid floral aroma. Best of all, it has a smooth, satisfying finish.
Espresso - $14.00/lb	We are justly proud of our Espresso Blend, and we take great pains to ensure its excellence. Our carefully selected medley of dark roasted coffees creates a spicy caramel flavor ideal for cappuccino and caffe latte. The crema is rich and velvety, and the aroma is remarkable. Properly prepared, this coffee is highly addictive.
