This blend highlights one of Carrboro Coffee Roasters long-standing personal relationships with producer-partner Luis Alberto Balladarez from Finca Un Regalo de Dios in Nicaragua.
These relationships are such an integral part of how they work with and support the coffee industry, as well as the people in it. CCR has blended three individually delightful coffee varietals, which also represent two different methods of coffee processing.
These distinct profiles come together to create something unique to this season of gathering and reflection.

We Currently have 2 options – one by Producer-Partner Rodrigo Giammattei from his farm, Finca El Balam in El Salvador – A lively Natural Processed Gesha varietal that shows distinctive fruity characteristics that highlight the growing conditions.
We also have a rare & lovely Washed Process African Gesha varietal from our partner Anabella Meneses & her farm Santa Felisa Estate in Guatemala! This coffee contrasts with tropical fruit flavors, fresh white peach and a guava juice finish.
