We Currently have 2 options – one by Producer-Partners Anabella & Antonio Meneses from their farm, Santa Felisa Estate in Guatemala – A lively Natural Processed Gesha varietal that shows distinctive fruity characteristics & intense sweetness that highlights the growing conditions & care they put into their coffee.
We also have a rare & lovely Washed Process blend of the Marsellesa & Garnica varietals from producer Gilberto Manzano Cabrera in Veracruz, Mexico! This coffee was a National Award winning coffee in the recent Cup of Excellence event this past harvest, and features floral and apricot flavors, with a citrus and golden raisin acidity & caramel sweetness.

This blend highlights one of Carrboro Coffee Roasters long-standing personal relationships with producer-partner Luis Alberto Balladarez from Finca Un Regalo de Dios in Nicaragua.
These relationships are such an integral part of how they work with and support the coffee industry, as well as the people in it. CCR has blended three individually delightful coffee varietals, which also represent two different methods of coffee processing.
These distinct profiles come together to create something unique to this season of gathering and reflection.
