ICED: by Producer-Partner Arnold Paz from his farm, Finca San Jose in Honduras– A fruit-forward Natural Processed Gesha varietal that we are offering as an Iced Pour-Over to highlight its’ distinctive fruity characteristics & sweetness highlighting the growing conditions & care he puts into every harvest.
HOT: A rare & lovely Washed Process Typica Mejorada varietal from producer Mario Jose Hervas in Pichincha, Ecuador! This coffee from Finca Meridiano is an Award winning coffee in the recent Cup of Excellence event this past harvest, and features tropical fruit flavors, with panela & candied almond sweetness & a milk chocolate finish.
