Q: Tell us about your baristas choice drink!
A: The Bad Apple Cappuccino is an apple-pie inspired drink. It’s a sweet treat with a bit of caffeine to help pick you up on October nights. I am hopeful that we will be graced with appropriately chilly fall weather soon.

Q: What charity are you choosing to donate proceeds of your drink to this month & why?
A: The Compass Center for Women and Families in Chapel Hill provides resources and support to people experiencing crises involving domestic violence and abuse. This organization works hard to support and empower people in our community. October also happens to be Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Q: Tell us a fun fact about yourself.
A: I stress-bake. My go-to is chocolate chip cookies.

Q: What is your all-time best Halloween costume?
A: One year my brother and I went as Thing One and Thing Two from Dr. Seuss’s The Cat in the Hat.

Q: Cats or Dogs?
A: Always dogs.

Q: coffee or Tea?
A: Coffee – although I’m trying to taste more teas.

Q: Beach or Mountains?
A: Mountains

A: Book

Q: Favorite alt. Milk?
A: Oat milk

Q: Go-to Latte art?
A: I usually go for leaves but one of these days I’ll pour a heart that doesn’t look like an onion.

Q: Favorite herbal tea?
A: Classic Chamomile with honey, you just can’t go wrong with such a comforting combination.
